This service agreement (hereinafter referred to as Order) is made between You (hereinafter Customer) (the person who has access to or uses the “www.SunnySushi.am” website (hereinafter Site)).

In this Order, any reference to “We”, “Our”, “Us” refers to www.SunnySushi.am, and any reference to “You”, “Your” refers to Customer.

Your access to and use of the services of the Site are regulated by the Order and You are required to agree to the provisions of the Order.

www.SunnySushi.am may modify the Order as well as discontinue, withdraw, replace or change any content, products or services offered via the Site, with or without cause and with or without notice, and Your continued access and use of the Site thereafter constitutes Your acceptance of such changes.

The buyer can use www.SunnySushi.am at any time of the day, but we will resolve issues and problems that arise every day from 11:00 to 200:00 Yerevan time - Armenia (AMT), UTC +4.

To make a purchase or order, you must provide real information for your order registration. If you provide incorrect information, there will be problems with the delivery of the items, for which we are not responsible.

If you mistakenly provided us with incomplete or incorrect information, you can write the correct information to the email address provided on the website, in that case we rely on the information received by email.

The buyer understands and agrees that the actual color of the goods presented on the website www.SunnySushi.am depends on the computer's monitor of the buyer. We have done everything to ensure that the photos of the goods presented on the site correspond to the actual type of goods, but we cannot guarantee that the color of the goods will be reflected on the screen of your computer or smartphone 100% as it’s on the photos of the website.

Products already purchased cannot be returned or replaced, except for certain reasons (obvious defects, damage not shown in the photographs).

When using partial or complete information (materials, images, videos, etc.), from Site on the Internet or on another platform, a link to our website is required.

Registration of Personal Data

www.SunnySushi.am will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties Personal Data of the Site users, as well as publish them for commercial or any other purposes, except in cases specified by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

Except the cases defined in the Order, we will not disclose your Personal Data to third parties without first obtaining Your special consent permitting us to do so.

www.SunnySushi.am does not handle or process Your credit card or other banking data. Therefore, www.SunnySushi.am can in no way register or collect this data and is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of using this data (including (without limitation cases when the third parties somehow obtain access and use the data for other purposes).

Delivery and price

beer-city.am is committed to ensuring on-time and in-full delivery of purchased products. The exceptions are the cases when the delay occurred as a result of force majeure.

In order to purchase a product, the shipping cost is added to the prices listed on the website.

• In Yerevan, delivery is carried out from 10:00 to 23:30, and orders registered after 23:30 will be delivered the next day from 11:00 to 12:30.
• The delivery time in Yerevan is 60 to 90 minutes.

Liability

www.SunnySushi.am is not liable for losses incurred as a result of using the Site. This does not preclude responsibility for possible damages occurred by the proper use of www.beer-city.am products, prescribed by the law of RA.
