Purchased goods cannot be returned if they have been delivered and the receipt has been signed by the customer.
The customer has the right to refuse the goods only before accepting the delivery (signing the receipt). The reasons for refusal may be non-conformity of the goods to the order, poor quality or damaged goods.
The amount paid for the goods is subject to refund (minus the costs of its delivery and other expenses) only if the goods have retained their original appearance and condition.
